Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity now provides nearly £1 million every year to help fund the Countess Mountbatten House Hospice in West End, Southampton.

The charity works in partnership with the local NHS Trusts to provide services that enhance the quality of life of people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses through the provision of specialist palliative care. This comprises medical, practical and emotional support in the hospice in-patient unit, day care centre, hospital, care homes and in their own homes.

Support is also provided to their families and carers throughout illness and bereavement.
