We use the same team of trained, professional staff and volunteers that work for our hospice retail division, to help with all your house clearance needs.

Complete House Clearance
If you wish to completely empty a property there will be a fee based on your individual needs. Our trained staff will assess your property and produce a report and a quote for the clearance of all items. The fee is based on the size of property to be cleared, the amount of items for removal and the proportion of saleable items. All saleable items will be carefully packed and sold in our charity shops and all remaining items will be, where possible, recycled resulting in a completely clear property.
This is a completely free service. Our trained staff will assess your property for saleable items and will give you a report on the items we wish to take. An appointment will be made with you at a convenient time, with availability 7 days a week, to return and carefully pack and remove items which we can then sell through our shops leaving only non-saleable items.
