Clarke Willmott Solicitors put their running shoes on for CMHC

CWtri4Clarke Willmott Solicitors have 16 runners from their Southampton office taking part in this year’s ABP Southampton Half Marathon and 10K on Sunday 26th April.

As a firm Clarke Willmott wanted to get more involved in the local community and the Southampton Run has allowed them to do this in two ways. Firstly, Clarke Willmott are the official water partners of the half marathon sponsoring the water stations throughout the run. Secondly, Clarke Willmott are running to raise money for Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity, their nominated office charity.

One of Clarke Willmott’s 10K runners, Daniel Boyle, an Associate in Private Capital says ‘I have acted for clients and families who have benefited from the fantastic service provided by the Hospice. I feel running the 10k is an opportunity to raise awareness of the work they do and money to support this amazing charity’.

Ben Smith, a secretary in Commercial Property who is running the half marathon says ‘I have lost both my Grandmothers in the past 18 months but was lucky enough for them to be cared for at home until they died. Hospice care is vitally important to give those without the option to be cared for at home, a comfortable, friendly and dignified alternative place to spend their days’.

Thank you to everyone at Clarke Willmott Solicitors who is taking part in the Southampton Run for CMHC.
