Join us to celebrate the life of a loved one…
Date: 23rd June 2019
Location: Broadlands Romsey Hampshire SO51 9ZD
Remember someone special and celebrate their life by taking part in our family-friendly 5km Sunflower Memory Walk around the beautiful grounds of Broadlands, Romsey, home of Countess Mountbatten of Burma.
Each participant will receive a sunflower to dedicate to someone special. During the walk there will be a Memory Point where you can have a quite moment of remembrance and place your sunflower in one of the planters. These will be collected by staff after the walk and taken back to the Hospice. They will then be displayed in our beautiful garden, creating a sea of colour until our Sunflower Memories event on Sunday 28th July. The Sunflowers Memories event will be held between 2pm to 4pm in the Hospice Gardens and will include a short blessing by the Hospice Chaplain. Once this is finished you are welcome to take home your Sunflower.
